Introductory SUP Class

Learn the basics of Stand Up Paddling in this two hour class. The land portion is about 20 minutes and then you'll go for a paddle along the waterfront with your instructor to fine tune your technique.
When: Saturday and Sunday mornings 8-10am. Or schedule a private class anytime with 6-12 paddlers.

$60 per person (group discounts available)


SUP Rentals

We have a large fleet of Stand Up Paddleboards for rental. Just like the kayak rentals, a staff person will go to the waters edge with you and give you pointers if this is your first time. If you have paddled with us before just grab the board and go. From time to time Surftech will leave Sea Trek with different style boards for you to demo.
Time: 7 days a week. 9am-4pm. (winter hours)
Cost: $20 per hour or $10/hr. with Book of Time (15 hrs.for $150)

Core Fitness/SUP Training

After learning the basics of Stand Up Paddling we'll add core
exercises to our morning workout. Using many standard
land exercises you will be amazed at the benefit of doing
them while balancing on the board. A series of classes is
suggested for maximum results. All levels welcome.

ONLINE RESERVATIONS

SUP Yoga

Practice Yoga on a Stand Up Paddleboard. Experience the
challenge of balancing on the moving water and strengthen
and feel your core and leg muscles more than you would
in traditional yoga asanas. We practice among the seals in
beautiful Richardson Bay. All Levels welcome. Dress as
you would for any Yoga class and bring a fleece. No cotton!
Each class is 75 minutes long, allowing transition time to get

SUP Pilates

With it's inherent emphasis on control and core stability, smooth pace and varied modifications, Pilates translates seamlessly from a mat to paddleboards. The instability of the water beneath your board allows for more challenge with balance sequences and muscle isolations. Please

SUP TRIPS

Full Moon
Join us on or near the full moon every month for a SUP
paddle in Richardson Bay. We depart before sunset and
return after watching the moonrise. It is always special and
different. Call for reservations.
When: Changes monthly

Cost: $50 per person

SUP to Piattti for Lunch
Get a group of friends together for a paddle to Piatti
Restaurant in Mill Valley. Paddle beyond the houseboats
and harbor seals, under the Richardson Bay Bridge and skirt
the Audobon Bird Sanctuary. We'll enjoy a relaxing lunch
before paddling back to Sea Trek.
When: Anytime, by appt.
Cost: $55 (not including lunch)

Custom Classes and Trips
Any of the above classes and trips can be scheduled
anytime for private parties of 6 or more. Perfect for
birthdays, and co-worker outings. Call for more details.
